Facility Rental Application
The Stateline Boys & Girls Clubs will consider rental applications from any individual or group but reserves the right of refusal as final if desired.Rentals will typically not be granted when a conflict with Club programming is apparent. A tiered fee structure has been developed using local market information, and a requirement to have Club staff present is standard.

Fee Structure
Commercial and Personal Users
Softball Diamond
$30.00 per day
$70.00 for field preparation (one time fee)
$30.00 equipment fee (one time fee)
Concession Stand Rental
The right to stock and operate the concession stand for your specific event may be purchased for a one time fee of $250.00.This fee includes usage of freezer, cooler, and other appliances inside the concessions area.It is the responsibility of the applicant and their party for the clean up of the area after the event.A $50.00 refundable deposit is required to ensure this occurs and will be returned to the applicant upon completion of the event and successful inspection of concessions area.*The concession stand will be stocked and operated by Stateline Boys & Girls Clubs Staff unless specified by applicant; however The Stateline Boys & Girls Clubs reserves the right to retain operation of the concession stand for any event therein.
Field may be rented for practices, tournaments and other softball related games and events approved by the Stateline Boys & Girls Clubs.Time constraints will not be placed on practices as it is a daily rate; however teams may schedule specific durations of time to avoid interruption.
